a patient representative has many duties for example:

. Obtains current patient information from established and new patients. 

Accurately pre-screens medical/dental records. 

Schedules appointments. 

. Routinely demonstrates superior customer service skills

education: Students should take challenging high school courses. Requirements differ, but most employers prefer college graduates with backgrounds in health or social services.  Experience or course work in conflict resolution is also valued.

Optometrists treat vision problems.  They treat vision problems by diagnosing the problem and then prescribing corrective eyeglasses or vision therapy.Most optometrists are self-employed, however many work for hospitals, government agencies,etc.

duties and responsibilities: Orthotics and Prosthetics is the evaluation, fabrication and custom fitting of artificial limbs and orthopedic braces.Prosthetists specialize in designing and making artificial limbs, while Orthotists specialize in designing and fitting orthopedic braces such as surgical supports and corrective shoes. These professions are similar and an individual may be both an orthotist and a prosthetist.
