the four guys in Patterson, New Jeresey that went into a store thinking it was open because the door was open, the lights turn on. they were really nice and responsible because pay pay for what they took instead of just walking of the store .they left the money and a few cents to pay the taxes.they are good people because they choose to do right they people were located in college they were scared of being taken tom jail but instead they were reward with a gift card for their actions.and also because they did the right thing  they feel really good with themselve (:  <33333

Chiropractor and their patients believe that problems with bone nerve alignment can cause illness and problems in other parts of the body, a view not widely accepted by allopathic physician and others traditional medical practitioners.
Chiropractor manipulate their patients spinal columns for treatment. They may prescribe specific diets or exercise but not drugs. Chiropractor cannot perform surgery.
Most chiropractor establish a private practice and some provide home treatments. Other form group partnerships in clinics or chiropractor hospitals

 Diana Nyad , American Swimmer

reflection: Diana Nyad was first was the first person to swim from Cuba to Florida.this trip she did swimming was 56 hours long.Diana was able to complete her dream even though she is 65 years old.she had already tried 4 more times.she did this without a cage to protect from the dangerous sea animals.when she finish swimming coming out of the water in very bad condition she did her best to get all of us 3 messages :) <333

the poodle

the poodle is a group of formal dog breeds the standard poodle miniature poodle and toy poodle with many coats colors .originally bred in germany as a type of water dog the poodle is skillful in many sports including agility obedience tracking and even herding.poodles have taken top honors in many conformation shows.the poodle believed to have originated in germany where it was known as the pudelhund. Pudel is derived from low german verb meaning "to splash about"and the word hund in german means "dogs".the breed was standardized in france where it was commonly used as a water retriever.
